- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms.
- Drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners.
- Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth.
- Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables.
- Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits.
- Train and enable partners, building a high level of awareness on our tech-enabled solutions and future developments.
- Communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
- Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a partnership or channel management role
- A strong understanding of the private equity and venture capital landscape, with a well-established network.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English, along with robust research capabilities.
- An active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
- Previous experience working with an HR or FinTech company.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization.
- Data-driven, analytical, and research-oriented.
