Responsibilities
ΓΒ Conduct 30 to 45 minutes daily cold calling and appointment setting to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.
ΓΒ Host a 10 to 15-minute SDR/Qualifying Call via phone with leads to assess their needs, utilizing pre-completed questionnaires.
ΓΒ Lead 30 to 45-minute Personalized Discovery Calls via Zoom to present tailored Virtual Assistant solutions.
ΓΒ Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering long-term satisfaction.
ΓΒ Follow up with no-shows and reschedules to maximize conversion rates and improve efficiency.
ΓΒ Use data analytics to track trends, improve strategies, and refine the sales process for optimized performance.
ΓΒ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional and unified customer experience.
ΓΒ Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, earning generous commissions and performance bonuses.
Requirements
ΓΒ Strong understanding of Virtual Assistant Services and Digital Marketing.
ΓΒ Proficiency in CRM software and excellent skills in data analysis.
ΓΒ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits
ΓΒ Base + Commission
ΓΒ Annual Base Salary: $40,000 (paid biweekly).
ΓΒ Commission: 7% of upfront fees collected per signed contract.
ΓΒ Perfect for those who value a stable income while still enjoying commission-based rewards for high performance.
Additional Benefits:
ΓΒ Earnings Potential: Equivalent to $50K-$100K annually with 12-20 sales per month.

Operational Details
ΓΒ Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM PST.
ΓΒ Reporting To: Sales Director.
