About the position
- Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for new and established patients.
- Obtain and complete insurance information.
- Answer phones and manage high call volumes.
- Update patient records as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Prior experience with EPIC is necessary.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service abilities are essential.
- Strong attendance and work ethic are required.
- Positive attitude and a desire to be a team player are crucial.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers.

- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
