Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join the team. This role focuses on supporting payroll processing. The team works remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle eBusiness Suite, specifically for Accounts Payable and Payroll modules.
• Report Creation and Troubleshooting: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports. This is a critical function as the organization has recently lost its primary report resource.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify deficiencies in the current Oracle system, quantify their costs/pains, and optimize processes to address these issues.
• Third-Party Integration: Ensure seamless integration with third-party timekeeping systems such as Kronos and other relevant systems.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly in Accounts Payable and Payroll.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Oracle 12.1 eBusiness Suite.
• Strong report creation and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with third-party timekeeping systems like Kronos.
• Experience with MS Access and Excel
• Comfortable with SQL / PL/SQL coding and review to uncover and resolve issues within the Oracle system.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and address system deficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills to quantify costs/pains and optimize processes.
