Job Description
GLENTEL Inc. is a billion-dollar+ organization recognized for its performance in the retail industry. The Payroll Coordinator plays an important role in managing the administration of GLENTEL’s payroll and group benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Enter new employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now
- Enter employee changes in ADP with utmost accuracy, and document changes in employee files for clear audit trails
- Administer monthly benefit enrollments for new and existing employees
- Respond to payroll/benefits related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Monitor and request updated documents from permit holders
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities to meet critical deadlines
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of payroll an asset
- Written and verbal fluency in French an asset but not required
