As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
- Implementing patient care programs and services to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
- Managing inventory, workflow, and financial performance to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification and listing on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
- A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
