Physicians deliver high-quality care through synchronous (video/phone) and asynchronous telehealth encounters, working within established clinical protocols and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video, phone, and asynchronous patient visits as scheduled
- Obtain focused histories and perform telehealth-appropriate clinical evaluations
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Develop clear, patient-specific care plans and prescribe in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with APPs and specialists
- Ensure timely follow-up and close the loop on diagnostic results
- Document accurately and efficiently within the clients EHR or telehealth platform
- Practice in accordance with current clinical guidelines, payer requirements, HIPAA, and state scope-of-practice laws Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license in at least one state
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within an acceptable timeframe) in relevant specialty
- DEA registration and state-specific controlled substance registration (CSR), where required
- Minimum of one (1) year post-residency clinical experience
- Comfort using EHRs, ePrescribing, eLabs, and remote clinical workflows
- Reliable high-speed internet, private workspace, and professional on-camera presence Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple active state licenses and/or IMLC eligibility
- Prior telemedicine experience
- Experience in value-based care, RPM/CCM, behavioral health integration, or virtual urgent care
- Bilingual proficiency
- Familiarity with payer documentation requirements and clinical quality metrics Schedule & Coverage Options
- Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and weekends
- Opportunities for scheduled clinics, on-demand queues, and shared call coverage
