- Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Perform audience research, keyword targeting, and craft compelling ad copy that resonates
- Conduct A/B testing to boost ad performance, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Track and analyze key metrics (like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness
- Continuously refine campaigns to maximize conversions and improve ROAS
- Provide insightful, actionable reports for both the marketing team and clients
- Work with creative teams to develop creative ad visuals that captivate audiences
- Collaborate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates and best practices
- Perform competitive research to identify new opportunities
- Implement fresh strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
- Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and client branding standards
- Conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Requirements
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Expertise in PPC Strategies, bid management, and audience targeting
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics
- Excellent ad copywriting and data analysis abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Preferred
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
- Experience with remarketing, display ads and programmatic advertising
- Familiarity with CRM Tools (like Go High Level) and marketing automation
- Basic understanding of SEO to align paid and organic efforts
