About the Role We are seeking a Precision Agriculture Technician to support customers and dealers of FJDynamics auto-steer and navigation systems. This role is responsible for installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repairing, and dealer training. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our precision ag solutions in the field. Key Responsibilities β’ Install and calibrate FJDynamics auto-navigation kits on various farm equipment. β’ Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or in the field. β’ Deliver training sessions for dealers and customers. β’ Support product demos, field days, and exhibitions. β’ Provide feedback from the field to improve product and service. β’ Summarize and edit product manuals, user guides, FAQs, and public knowledge articles. Qualifications & Skills β’ Hands-on experience with precision agriculture systems (Ag Leader, Outback, Raven, Trimble, John Deere, etc.). β’ Strong technical knowledge of GPS, electronics, and machine control systems. β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. β’ Ability to work independently and travel regionally. Preferred / Nice to Have β’ Previous background in tractor or agricultural equipment repair (helpful for understanding customer needs). β’ Own vehicle and willingness to travel frequently. β’ Local nationality or valid local work visa.
