Job Summary
The Presentation Designer partners closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, and Executive Leadership teams to design and produce high-impact presentations. This role plays a critical part in shaping how our ideas are communicated — ensuring they are clear, compelling, and visually cohesive.
- Job Responsibilities and Skills
- Design and produce visually compelling presentations for:
- New business pitches
- Brand and campaign launches
- Client strategy presentations
- Executive-level communications
- Internal company meetings and initiatives
- Translate complex scientific, medical, and strategic content into clear visual frameworks
- Develop and maintain presentation templates, master slides, and visual systems
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple client accounts and internal materials
- Apply strong typographic hierarchy, layout precision, and design best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Incorporate appropriate animation and motion principles to enhance storytelling
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure accuracy, alignment, and visual consistency
- Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional presentation design experience, ideally within an advertising agency or corporate environment
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (required)
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating presentation work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders preferred
- Ability to interpret strategic briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is a plus
