- Coordinate and track execution of vendor agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals
- Manage contract routing, approvals, and signature collection
- Maintain accurate vendor and contract records
- Support vendor onboarding and validation of documentation
- Partner with business owners to document requirements and pricing
- Liaise between Procurement, Legal, Finance, business teams, and vendors
- Review pricing schedules, invoices, SLAs, and service descriptions
- Produce reporting on contract activity, vendor status, and spend
- Support monitoring of vendor performance and KPIs
- Track corrective action plans and remediation effort
- Identify over- or under-utilization of vendors
- Support RFP development and proposal analysis
- Document procurement workflows and policies
- Support rollout of procurement tools and governance
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation
- Comfortable learning procurement and contract management systems
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
