Job Description

Aircall is a unicorn, AI-powered customer communications platform used by 22,000+ companies worldwide. They are seeking a proactive and creative Product Designer to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard their products, while also guiding the broader design team with AI tools and processes.

Responsibilities

Work on Growth initiatives to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard our products
Quickly launch experiments and continuously simplify and improve the user experience
Build a system from the ground up
Guide the broader design team with AI tools and processes and shape our AI agent experiences

Skills

0-3 years of design experience
Ability to think through data clearly to form hypotheses and experiments
Strong communication skills, especially across functional and cultural boundaries
You are fluent in English
Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
Technical acumen is a plus
