Company Overview:

The Cyber Security Product Manager (PM), is a dynamic and experienced leader who excels in spearheading the development and delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. This individual is integral to a proactive team prioritizing customer satisfaction and business growth. In addition to delivering key performance indicators for customer satisfaction and company revenue, the PM also serves as a knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) internally and externally. With a focus on leading the product design, development, and release processes for our cybersecurity offerings, this role is critical in shaping the product roadmap. Furthermore, the PM's contributions significantly enhance our market-leading portfolio, designed to provide our customers with top-notch cyber-physical security, heightened productivity, and exceptional performance.

We are seeking a hands‑on Cybersecurity Product Manager who has operated in an MSSP and understands the realities of building scalable, outcome‑driven cybersecurity services such as MDR+, CyberSOC, Zero Trust Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, and UEM solutions.
This PM will serve as the bridge between GTM strategy, delivery capability, and technical innovation, ensuring our cybersecurity engines deliver measurable customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Essential Function

1- Product Strategy & Roadmap

Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Cybersecurity managed services, including MDR+, CyberSOC, Zero Trust, VM, UEM, and digital risk offerings.

Analyze U.S. mid‑market buyer patterns, compliance drivers, and industry vertical needs (Manufacturing, State/Local, Healthcare, Financial Services) to ensure strong market fit.

2- Technical Ownership & Innovation

Work closely with SOC leadership, engineering, and threat analysts to enhance technical capabilities across MDR, SOCaaS, Zero Trust, vulnerability scanning, and incident response engines.

Evaluate emerging technologies (AI detection, automation, XDR, cloud security) and integrate them into the product lifecycle.

Perform technical validation, lab testing, hands-on exercises with new tools, and PoCs with vendors.

3- GTM & Revenue Alignment

Collaborate with Marketing on building product positioning, messaging, sales playbooks, and ICP definitions aligned to our GTM motions (e.g., MDR+, CyberSOC, Perimeter Security).

Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop competitive insights, commercial collateral, and enablement materials.

Support major deals with product expertise, differentiation narratives, and outcome‑based proposals.

4- Operational Alignment

Collaborate with Service Delivery & Operations teams to define SLAs, KPIs, service boundaries, and onboarding workflows.

Work with Finance to optimize unit economics and reduce cost-to-deliver.

Partner with Customer Success to ensure retention and expansion strategies.
