Weekend availability required to support the hours of operation. 5+ years of pediatric experience preferred. Must live within 140 miles of Wexford, PA. You'll set the standards for quality care, manage patient activities, and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve excellent outcomes. Responsibilities: • Participate in quality improvement efforts and use evidence-based practices. • Build positive relationships with all team members and patients. • Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care. • Teach and support patients, families, students, and new staff. • Formulate holistic care plans and assist physicians. • Communicate effectively and document patient care comprehensively. • Engage in professional development and shared governance. • Adapt to change and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
