The Program Coordination Analyst assists in completing analytical assignments, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating travel tasks while maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Division of Housing Policy Development in the completion of analytical assignments of average complexity
- Supports recruitment activities, scheduling various meetings and interviews, and in coordinating travel and travel reimbursement tasks
- Requires research, analysis, and the use of independent judgment and discretion
- Expected to maintain strict confidentiality throughout all phases of the recruitment process to protect candidate privacy and ensure integrity in hiring practices
Skills
- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
- All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position
