Source Advisors tax consulting company is recruiting for a position within our Cost Segregation department supporting our technical team. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide direct customer assistance in a support/service cyclical environment while also providing support to technical staff. This position demands exceptional customer service and communication skills, the ability to learn, explain and support the company’s services and the ability to meet and exceed department and company goals.
- Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong client relationships with multiple clients.
- Act as a liaison between client & technical staff to fulfill the needs and expectations of our clients.
- Responsible for understanding and education of cost segregation, 179D, 45L and tax offerings, maintaining all necessary notes and job aides for future reference.
- Contact clients in an effort to obtain property information necessary to fulfill client projects within tax timing needs.
- Assist technical staff with coordination of property site inspections.
- Monitor clients deadlines in an effort to coordinate project completion in a timely manner.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Ability to manage yourself, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong documentation skills and the organization of client information.
- Knowledgeable in utilizing Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software programs.
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
