CAPREIT is a growth-oriented company that owns and operates high-quality rental communities across Canada. They are seeking a Property Specialist to build strong relationships with residents, manage the leasing process, and handle administrative operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction
- Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident
- Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
- Lead administration of services, collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves
Skills
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with MS Office
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements
- Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets
- Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills
- Highly organized with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations
- SAP knowledge is an asset
