QA Testers with healthcare (Remote) - Stellent IT - USA - work from home job Company: Stellent IT Job description: Job Title: QA Testers with healthcare Domain experience(Remote) Interview:Phone+skype Details of the role: QA Engineers for "Encounter" project. Key responsibilities: * Thorough understanding of test and defect management functions • Create test scenarios, plans and testing strategies for medium to complex projects • Ability to define test boundaries, identify test scenarios, set up test data and execute test scenarios and keep track of defects • Ability to host and drive defect triage meetings as needed • Ability to support business partners in completing User Acceptance Testing • Works with and acts as a liaison amongst a medium number of business users, developers/technical architects, Product Owners and Project Managers. • Ability to communicate a clear understanding of technologies and concepts to effectively work with team members and business partners. • Lead research, analysis and finalize test and test data requirements • Proactively follow-up on open tasks and/or issues and communicate when project tasks are at risk and assists with creating mitigation plans Required Skills: • Ability to use SQL as an analysis tool • Understanding of Agile SDLC framework, led by Scrum Masters/Project Managers. • Proficient abilities in Jira and QTest • Ability to create Macros in excel for productivity improvement • Healthcare knowledge would be a plus • Knowledge of EDM (Encounter Data Manager) would be a plus • Automation experience would be a plus • Ability to mentor and coach team members on system/application knowledge, IT/department/team defined. processes, Centene culture, projects work, and individual tasks. • Being an Effective Team Member. • Ability to communicate well through written and verbal. • Ability to conduct and lead meetings. • Well organized and resourceful. • Manage time effectively, proactively identifies conflicts and escalates appropriately Sandhya RaJput IT Technical Recruiter Phone : 201-578-5048 Email: Gtalk: Expected salary: Location: USA Job date: Tue, 19 Sep 2023 22:53:15 GMT Apply for the job now!
