Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. twentyAI is a fast-growing Acumatica VAR seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead ERP projects for SMBs in various sectors. The role involves full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations, client training, and managing multiple projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
- Work closely with clients to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions
- Configure Acumatica modules (Financials, Distribution, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with client needs
- Provide client training, user adoption support, and documentation for implemented solutions
- Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, and ISV add-ons
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality implementations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices in ERP strategy and process improvements
- Skills
- Acumatica implementation experience
- Hands-on configuration and implementation expertise in multiple Acumatica modules
- Strong understanding of accounting, distribution, or manufacturing business processes
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and report/dashboard development
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, consulting environment
- Acumatica certifications preferred (but not required)
