Job Description

The Associate Product Manager will support the implementation of clinical workflow content, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with development teams to ensure effective testing and usability of products.
Responsibilities
- Communicate internally with wide variety of stakeholders with varying needs
- Help attend and drive daily standups and sprint planning to track development progress
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other SMEs across Signify Health
- Translate implementation strategy into documented and actionable end-to-end testing plans and execute those plans
- Assist with the implement content for various clinical workflows with an eye towards user usability and streamlined and support technical logic where needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Business, or another related field; Masters degree is a plus
- One to three years of experience as a technical and professional communicator in an agile software environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze diverse audiences and deliver appropriate and thorough communication
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end testing or management of testing across multiple engineering teams
- A strong foundation in the principles and best practices of technical writing and content design
- Expert research and interviewing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical SMEs
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail
