Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dupont Circle Solutions (DCS) is a team of specialists united by their love of Salesforce, serving a diverse clientele including technology companies and nonprofits. The Associate Salesforce Consultant will support various business processes and managed service projects, collaborating closely with a team of consultants to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities
- Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for a variety of different client needs
- Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management
- Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements as per client requirements
- Proactively monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues and take necessary actions to ensure optimal system performance
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and escalation when needed
- Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases
- Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information; recommend leading practices; and present associated technical process components
Skills
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of Salesforce configuration experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to work on multiple client tickets while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in consulting required
- A strong verbal and written communicator
- Solution-focused problem solver
- Interested in working in a service management environment to support our clients
- Strong multitasker
- Team oriented
- Strategic and thoughtful; able to ideate multiple scenarios to solve client problems
