Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Snapsheet is a claims technology company focused on delivering purposeful and precise outcomes. The Associate will support the Strategy & Implementation team in delivering complex SaaS implementations for insurance carriers by translating business objectives into structured plans and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Implementation Strategy & Operating Model Design: Partner with Strategy & Implementation Managers to translate carrier business goals into structured execution plans. Analyze claims workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to integration and configuration strategy discussions grounded in data
- Drive Structured Problem Solving & Execution Planning: Break down complex operational challenges into actionable workstreams. Build implementation plans, models, trackers, and executive-ready materials that bring clarity and direction to enterprise SaaS deployments
- Lead Implementation Execution & Governance: Build and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones and dependencies, manage risk logs, monitor KPIs, and ensure deliverables are documented and completed on time. Proactively surface and escalate risks
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Integrations, Training, and Customer Success to ensure alignment. Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, document decisions, and drive follow-through across teams
- Maintain Documentation & Process Excellence: Own implementation artifacts, requirements documentation, and integration materials. Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and bring structure and repeatability to complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
- Engage Clients & Build Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Participate in client meetings, synthesize stakeholder feedback into structured insights, prepare status updates, and support post-launch handoffs. Develop deep fluency in Snapsheet’s platform, APIs, integrations, and enterprise SaaS delivery best practices
Skills
- 1–3 years in consulting, strategy, SaaS, analytics, PMO, and/or insurance
- Strong academic track record
- Experience building structured presentations or analyses
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Interest in enterprise SaaS operations
