Skills
ย Active DoD Secret Clearance
ย Strong written and verbal communication skills
ย Excellent troubleshooting and conflict resolution abilities
ย Flexibility to work varied hours and be on-call as needed
ย Knowledge of Emergency Management systems (E911, MWN, etc.) is a plus
Responsibilities
ย Support the operation and maintenance of Defense EM Mass Warning Notification, E-911, and Audio Visual Notification Systems
ย Provide timely incident management services, adhering to SLA metrics
ย Document and troubleshoot technical questions and incidents from Emergency Responders
ย Address issues related to system performance, security incidents, and access problems
ย Train end-users on self-service resolution steps
ย Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Systems Administration teams
ย Analyze and report on Service Level Performance against agreed SLAs
ย Administer and maintain the ticket management tool
ย Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
ย Maintain standard operating procedures
Qualifications
ย Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
ย Security+ CE certification (must be willing to obtain after starting)
ย Demonstrated experience with Service Delivery and Incident Management processes
ย Willingness to work 3rd shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
ย Limited travel may be required (0 - 4 times per year)
Education Requirements
ย Bachelorยs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
ย IT Service Management or related certifications are a plus
Experience Requirements
ย Familiarity with Emergency Management systems is preferred
ย Experience in IT service management and incident management processes
