Our agile team is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive bookkeeper to become a vital part of our operations. Key Responsibilities
Β Partner with business administrators and accountants to ensure precise financial transaction documentation.
Β Oversee the workflow of accounts payable and receivable across diverse business lines.
Β Provide analytical insights regarding collections and expenditures to the leadership team.
Β Collaborate with operations leadership to create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our business processes.
Required Skills
Β Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
Β A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CPA capacity is required.
Β A mature and responsible demeanor, capable of managing tasks with high precision across multiple business lines.
Β Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications
Β Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Β Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Β Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
