Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality measurements to track improvement in efficiency and accuracy
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and company processes to ensure compliance and excellence
- Adhere to company quality and process standards, ensuring consistency and reliability in all financial operations
- Ensure seamless cash flow management, tracking, and counter-checking to prevent discrepancies and errors
- Prepare and submit reports documenting errors and issues, providing recommendations for improvement and implementation
- Respond to inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the team to address disputes, implement process improvements, and minimize discrepancies
Requirements:
- Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent approach to work, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Audit experience and knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in English language and ability to work in a remote environment
Technical Requirements:
- Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent
- Windows or Mac operating system
- At least 8GB of RAM and 60 GB of free hard disk space
- 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based, and wireless connections are not allowed)
- Headset with noise-canceling feature and high-definition webcam
