seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to work remotely with our healthcare industry team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling other financial tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of financial statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accounting ledgers
Prepare financial reports and analyze data
Support other financial tasks as assigned
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
Must be a certified E Kettering or health care professional with experience
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
