Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Comfort Medical, LLC is a leading provider of catheter and ostomy supplies, dedicated to helping customers live healthier lives. The Business Development Representative will drive new business by making high volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, and managing data entry into the CRM system while ensuring superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for high volume of outbound activities (phone, email, etc.)
- Effectively educate consumers and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Communicate and work as a team with the DtC Sales Reps
- Meeting established outbound objectives and metrics
- Accurately and thoroughly document each end user conversation in Comfort Medical systems per standard department procedures
- Responsible for data quality, including self-audit work
- Demonstrate a superior attitude and represent the Coloplast/Comfort Brand
- Utilize available resources to stay current with company products and operations
- Support Cross Functional needs
- Comfort Medical employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the MedTech Code of Conduct, and company policies
- Other job duties as assigned
Skills
- Associates degree or experience to match
- 1-3 years of customer service/call center experience, outbound preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule from 8am-6pm CST M-F
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Ability to discuss intimate medical issues
- Ability to learn quickly
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent organizational abilities

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer, CRM, and data entry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- High level of enthusiasm drive and determination
- Self-motivated and able to remain focused independently
- Time management and ability to multitask a must
