Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Longevity Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls. The role focuses on resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 outbound calls per day
- A bilingual representative fluent in English and Spanish
- Active listening
- Verbal and written communication
- Professional phone voice and persona
- Basic computer proficiency
- Skilled typing
- Adaptability
- Understanding of phone etiquette
- Experience or aptitude for call center operations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least one-year related experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
