We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who enjoys working with people, explaining technology, and helping customers get real value from a product early in their journey.

In this role, you’ll guide new customers through onboarding, help them set up the platform, and show them how to use the tools effectively. It’s a mix of client onboarding, product education, and consultative client support. You’ll work closely with customers during their first weeks on the platform to ensure a smooth launch and strong adoption.

Because this is a startup environment, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, collaborate across teams, and grow with the company as it scales.

    What You’ll Do
  • Lead onboarding calls with new customers and walk them through the platform
  • Help clients configure accounts and tools to match their workflow
  • Demonstrate key features and best practices during product walkthroughs
  • Identify opportunities where clients could benefit from additional platform capabilities
  • Act as a trusted point of contact during the early stages of the client relationship
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain organized client records in CRM systems
  • Partner with product, support, and growth teams to improve the onboarding experience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are confident using the platform
    What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in customer onboarding, client success, account coordination, or consultative sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable leading virtual product demos or walkthroughs
  • Organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
  • Curious mindset with interest in technology and SaaS products
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
