Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. QCK is a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in SEO, CRO, and web development services. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Success Operations Coordinator to support the executive team and drive operational efficiency across sales, client success, and marketing. Responsibilities β’ Schedule and coordinate sales calls with prospects. β’ Prepare and send sales agreements/contracts. β’ Track and organize sales pipeline updates in CRM. β’ Assist in client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery. β’ Provide assistance to company executives with day-to-day tasks and projects. β’ Handle scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-ups. β’ Assist with posting and scheduling social media content. β’ Help manage engagement and basic reporting. β’ Coordinating internal team meetings, agendas, and action items. β’ Supporting project management by keeping timelines and deliverables on track. β’ Updating and maintaining CRM records and dashboards. β’ Preparing client success reports and sales/marketing presentations. β’ Light copywriting or editing for marketing and sales materials. β’ Vendor and partner coordination (as needed). β’ Researching industry trends, tools, and competitive insights. Skills β’ Extremely organized with strong attention to detail. β’ Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs. β’ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Previous experience in client success, sales support, or operations. β’ Experience using HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack.
