They are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support core compensation operations including salary planning, equity administration, and market pricing, while partnering with Compensation, HR, and Talent teams to deliver data-driven insights. Responsibilities β’ Maintain and update compensation tools (primarily in Excel) β’ Support annual, mid-year, and salary planning cycles β’ Assist with equity administration, audits, and grant file preparation β’ Conduct market pricing, job matching, and compensation survey submissions (Client, Mercer, ERI) β’ Pull and analyze compensation data and reports from Workday β’ Respond to compensation inquiries via ServiceNow and support process improvements Skills β’ 5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience β’ Intermediate Excel proficiency (must-have) β’ Hands-on experience with compensation survey submissions β’ Strong analytical skills and ability to handle sensitive data β’ Experience with Workday and Google Sheets β’ Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field Company Overview β’ US Tech Solutions counted among the largest yet the fastest growing staffing firm; all achieved organically.
