The role involves generating instructional content and adapting resources to meet diverse student needs while collaborating with project teams remotely. Responsibilities β’ Review and generate instructional content for AI model training β’ Adapt educational resources to reflect diverse student needs and learning styles β’ Provide clear written and verbal feedback on curriculum materials and teaching strategies β’ Develop structured lesson objectives, classroom procedures, and behavior guidelines for AI learning β’ Collaborate remotely with project teams to ensure quality and alignment β’ Prepare materials that simulate real-world middle school classroom environments β’ Participate in iterative data annotation and documentation tasks Skills β’ Experience teaching Career/Technical Education at the middle school level or similar setting β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail β’ Expertise in lesson planning, classroom organization, and behavior management β’ Ability to adapt instructional approaches for varied learning needs β’ Comfortable working independently in a remote, digital-first environment β’ Highly organized with strong analytical and time management skills Company Overview β’ At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
