Β Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Β Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Β Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Β Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
Β Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
Β Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies.
Β *Qualifications:**
Β Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Β Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Β Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Β Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Β Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Β High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
