Responsibilities:
Β Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Β Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Β Provide product information and assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
Β Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Β Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Β Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Β Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
Β High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Β Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Β Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Β Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Β Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
Β Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Β Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Β Experience using Amazon products and services.
Β Bilingual in English and another language.
Β Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
