Sikich is a provider of professional services across consulting, technology, and compliance, seeking a D365 F&O Senior Supply Chain Consultant. The role involves working with clients on ERP projects, implementing D365 F&O solutions tailored to their business processes, and mentoring newer consultants. Responsibilities β’ Work as part of implementation teams ranging for 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP Projects β’ Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O configured to account for client business processes β’ Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation β’ Actively drive requirements, analysis, design, & testing phases of implementation for Supply Chain workflow β’ Consult on advanced business concepts on all areas of supply chain & warehouse management β’ Mentor newer consultants on implementation process & solution design β’ Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, & standard tools to deliver project work β’ Promotion and advancement opportunities to Solution Architect or Project Manager for the right candidates Skills β’ Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Sales, & Inventory Management β’ Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent experience β’ 5+ years implementing ERP/Supply Chain & Warehouse Management with 2+ years in D365 F&O/ AX implementation experience β’ 4+ full life cycle implementations β’ Hands on experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry β’ Areas of Concentration desired include: Warehouse Management (WMS) & Transportation Management, Projects and Project Accounting, Trade and Logistics β’ 25-50% travel may be required β’ US Citizen or Green Card Holder β’ Experience with other Enterprise ERP software will be considered β’ D365 F&O (or AX 2012 R3) Trade & Logistics certification β’ Additional supply chain or manufacturing certification (CSCP, CPIM, etc.) β’ Strong experience in Production & Planning β’ Prior experience working at a Consultancy Benefits β’ Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy. β’ Paid holidays during the year β’ Comprehensive wellness program β’ Flexible work arrangements β’ Health, dental, vision, life, and accident/death/disability insurance options β’ HSA employer contribution β’ Nine (9) paid holidays annually. β’ Paid Parental Bonding Leave program covering birth, adoption, and foster children. β’ 401(k) with employer contributions β’ CPA bonus with four (4) paid exam days & four (4) paid study days. β’ Tuition reimbursement β’ Generous employee referral bonus program β’ Client referral bonus program β’ Pet insurance β’ FORCE β Sikich community volunteer program enabling each team member to use up to four hours of paid time annually to volunteer and make a difference in their local communities.
