Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veterans United Home Loans is dedicated to helping Veterans and military families become homeowners. As a Data Coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy of data pulled by AI tools, review and analyze information, and collaborate on projects to enhance data quality.
Responsibilities
- Looking over data pulled from documents by AI, making sure it’s accurate and complete, and fixing any errors, gaps, or mix-ups you spot
- Using our guidelines and simple data checks to find missing or incomplete info in documents, then logging and sharing what you find so we can keep improving
- Digging into any errors or odd spots you find, helping keep our data clean and reliable, and collaborating on projects that boost overall data quality
- Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture
Skills
- Background in data analytics, artificial intelligence and automated data systems, or information systems
- Translatable skills and relevant expertise
- Ability to communicate findings and suggestions clearly
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems critically
- Attention to detail and ability to catch small errors
- Natural ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to spot problems and fix them quickly
- Comfortable with technology and basic computer systems
- Ability to accurately interpret large volumes of data
- Consistent attendance and reliability in completing tasks
