The role involves strategy, hands-on content creation, and collaboration to drive impactful digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities β’ Build brand recognition through smart, targeted digital campaigns β’ Create marketing strategies aligned to our ideal customer profile β’ Plan and execute events, shows, and social media engagement β’ Develop lead-generating tactics that support the sales pipeline β’ Produce newsletters, email sequences, and digital touchpoints that nurture prospects β’ Support product launches with naming, collateral, and content β’ Partner closely with Corporate Marketing to ensure brand alignment β’ A Connected Services marketing roadmap with clear messaging and tactics β’ Digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness and leads β’ Marketing collateral and digital content for internal and external use β’ Event and tradeshow planning support alongside Sales and Product teams Skills β’ BA/BS in Digital Marketing or related field β’ 5+ years marketing technology products (fleet market experience is a plus) β’ Proven ability to create content, not just manage agencies β’ Strong writing, organization, and communication skills β’ Graphic design and digital content creation abilities β’ Resourceful, curious, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment Company Overview β’ Bayforce is an information technology company that provides ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions.
