- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize digital solutions
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology strategy
- Stay current on emerging digital trends and best practices Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with digital tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or change management methodologies
- Background in enterprise software, automation, or data-driven solutions Compensation
Salary Range: $105,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and role type)
