Job Description

RemoteHunter is a national leader in service of process, and they are seeking a Dispatcher to manage the dispatch process for legal document delivery. This role involves coordinating with servers and internal teams to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor internal task boards to identify unclaimed jobs
- Assign jobs by contacting primary and nearby servers using digital tools such as text, phone, and email
- Identify and address issues preventing jobs from being claimed, including missing customer information
- Resolve problems or escalate them to relevant teams as needed
- Track and report trends in unclaimed or delayed jobs
- Review unclaimed zip codes in assigned states and collaborate with servers and regional recruiters to resolve coverage gaps
- Notify recruiters about locations requiring additional coverage due to volume increases or performance issues
Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze information, identify obstacles, and escalate appropriately
- Proficiency with digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems
- Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
- Reliable and accurate following of established processes
