Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries. • Utilize Transportation Management Strategy. • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of shipments and deliveries. • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders via phone systems to relay instructions and updates. • Monitor fleet performance and address any issues that arise during transportation operations. • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless logistics operations. • Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve efficiency. Qualifications • Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with supply chain processes and fleet management practices. • Knowledge of transportation management systems is advantageous. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment. • Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is a plus.
