Steel City Brand is expanding its direct-to-consumer business and is seeking a DTC Ecommerce Manager to own and grow their online revenue channel. This performance-driven leadership role focuses on revenue growth, onsite optimization, merchandising strategy, and cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities β’ Online revenue growth β’ Conversion rate optimization (CRO) β’ Average order value (AOV) growth β’ Merchandising strategy across homepage & collections β’ Drop and launch execution β’ Cross-sell, bundling, and upsell strategy β’ Weekly performance reporting β’ Analyze funnel performance and identify revenue opportunities β’ Improve conversion rate and revenue per session β’ Develop and execute merchandising strategy for 200+ SKUs β’ Optimize product detail pages and customer journey β’ Lead launch strategy for seasonal collections and monthly drops β’ Run A/B tests and prioritize development roadmap β’ Present weekly performance insights and action plans Skills β’ 5+ years in ecommerce leadership within a DTC brand β’ Strong Shopify experience β’ Proven track record improving CVR and AOV β’ Data-driven decision maker β’ Experience with GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools β’ Strong communication and leadership skills β’ Apparel or lifestyle brand experience preferred Benefits β’ Performance-based bonus tied to revenue growth Company Overview β’ Steel City is an online e-commerce platform that sells fashion products and apparel.
