Role: You'll handle customer questions and concerns via live chat channels including Facebook Messenger and similar platforms. This job offers fantastic flexibility—work from your home, a coffee shop, or wherever suits you best with a decent internet connection. Everything happens through text, so there are no phone calls involved. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements : A reliable internet connection and any device with a browser (desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone). Strong English writing skills are essential for this position. Training and Experience : No prior chat support background required. We provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support to ensure you're ready to assist customers from day one without any issues. Location : Applications welcome from anywhere on the planet.
