Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Capstone Integrated Solutions is a comprehensive services provider specializing in software development. They are seeking a Cloud ETL Developer to convert existing Pentaho ETL jobs to AWS Glue ETL, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions
- Work on converting a large number of Pentaho ETL jobs to AWS Glue ETL equivalents
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Must have Pentaho ETL experience and AWS Glue ETL experience
- Must have Power BI experience
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud database development fundamentals, SQL, GraphQL, API Gateway, RDS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and other AWS services as required
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Basic understanding of programming technologies such as TypeScript and Python
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
