Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cross Financial, part of the Crete Professionals Alliance, is seeking experienced wealth advisors with an established book of business. The role involves transitioning to a more efficient platform while maintaining client ownership and delivering comprehensive wealth management advice.
- Responsibilities
- Transition your existing book of business to a more efficient, higher-payout platform
- Maintain full ownership and control of client relationships
- Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice aligned to your clients’ needs
- Collaborate with other senior advisors and firm leadership
- Participate in firm growth initiatives, mentorship, and leadership opportunities (optional, not required)
- Skills
- Experienced wealth advisors with an established, transferable book of business
- Ability to transition existing book of business to a more efficient, higher-payout platform
- Maintain full ownership and control of client relationships
- Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice aligned to clients' needs
- Collaborate with other senior advisors and firm leadership
- Participate in firm growth initiatives, mentorship, and leadership opportunities
- Financial / Wealth Advisors with a transferable book of business
- Wirehouse or bank advisors currently earning ~25–35%
- Independent advisors burdened by inefficiencies and lack of opportunity
- Strong client retention and an extensive relationship management track record
- Advisors motivated by better economics, autonomy, and long-term upside
- Collaborative professionals who value flexibility and ownership
- High-level professionals with experience in custodian platforms LPL and/or Schwab
- Book size of $20M–$100M+
- Located in the following states: OR, NY, NJ, FL, or CA
