- What You’ll Do
- Build relationships through referrals and networking
- Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)
- Educate clients on protection and wealth-building strategies
- Customize financial plans based on client goals
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships

- Retirement planning
- Asset protection
- Debt strategies
- Children’s head-start planning
- Life insurance & annuities
- Business owner strategies
Ideal Background
No prior financial experience required.
- Helpful but not required:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Entrepreneurship
- Public speaking
- Leadership
Strong communication skills and self-motivation are key.
- Licensing
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred but not required
- Candidates must be willing to obtain state licensing
- Most individuals complete exam preparation within 2–4 weeks
