Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Colliers is an industry leader seeking a Financial Analyst to support their US REMS team. The role involves providing analytics and reporting, assisting with financial planning and budgeting, and preparing profitability analyses. Responsibilities ā¢ You will be efficiently providing analytics and reporting to the corporate finance management team, and enable them to have a deep understanding of their spend ā¢ Assist with preparation of forecast and budgets for various REMS departments, as well as related analysis ā¢ Support REMS with strategic financial planning, analysis, and risk assessment with respect to client management agreements ā¢ Preparation and automation of profitability analysis and related reports Skills ā¢ Strong proficiency in Power BI creating new semantic models; updating semantic models currently in use; Row-level security (RLS); managing workspace permissions ā¢ Strong proficiency in Power Apps creating new canvas apps; updating canvas apps currently in use ā¢ SharePoint proficiency creating new lists; updating lists currently in use; creating/editing groups creating/editing permission levels; creating/editing views ā¢ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ā¢ 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of financial reporting, business/financial analysis, statutory compliance ā¢ Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills ā¢ Ability to learn about and navigate the company quickly and accurately ā¢ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills ā¢ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Company Overview ā¢ Colliers International operates as a global real estate specialist and investment management company.
