The FinCEN Support Coordinator I role involves engaging with field operations, managing client files, and providing support for the FinCEN reporting process while ensuring high-quality customer service and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Engages in providing professional customer service, communication, organization and analytic skills to drive performance
- Other responsibilities include assisting the manager in identifying process improvements and standards for production and quality
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Skills
- High school diploma required
- Directly engages with field operations including core Escrow and Title Operations, clients and consumers
- Manages and reviews client files
- Answers client inquiries
- Coordinates all the administrative details necessary for the identification, preparation, processing and follow-up of the FinCen reporting process
- Engages in providing professional customer service, communication, organization and analytic skills to drive performance
- Assists the manager in identifying process improvements and standards for production and quality
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion

- Bachelor's preferred
- Escrow experience preferred
