US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm seeking a highly experienced Global ADP Payroll Manager with expertise in multi-national payroll operations. The role involves managing complex global payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end processing of complex, multi-country payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo
- Oversee payroll calendars, funding, approvals, and disbursements across multiple regions
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements
- Manage and maintain data flows between internal HRIS systems and ADP platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration/interface issues to ensure data integrity
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams on system enhancements, testing, and upgrades
- Ensure payroll operations comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Monitor legislative changes impacting payroll processes globally
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for Finance, HR, leadership, and tax authorities
- Provide insights into labor costs, headcount metrics, and payroll variances
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries from employees, leadership, and vendors
- Partner with global payroll vendors and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain strong service-level performance and continuous process improvements
- Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, reconciliations, adjustments, and statutory reporting
- Oversee preparation and validation of annual tax forms and country-specific filings
- Ensure accurate year-end accruals and reporting
- Skills
- 7–10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a global or multi-entity organization
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries
- Proven leadership experience overseeing global payroll processes and vendor relationships
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP GlobalView (required)
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP Celergo (required)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Experience with HRIS integrations and payroll system implementations/enhancements preferred
