The HubSpot Automation & Reporting Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project management efforts, and implementing HubSpot CRM solutions for homebuilder clients across the United States. Responsibilities β€’ Manage long-term clients relationships, including attending their internal sales, marketing, and IT meetings β€’ Manage complex client projects, including communication, timelines, deliverables, production, and adjustments β€’ Take unstructured client requests, meeting notes, and internal tasks and fold them into comprehensive, accurate project plans β€’ Become an expert on specific clients’ business models, data, reporting requirements, team structures, tech stacks, and business processes β€’ Ensure all project deliverables are planned, thought through, completed on time, and plotted on the internal work schedule β€’ Ensure all client questions are answered in a timely manner and with accurate information β€’ Build business-specific automation, CRM architecture, and settings frameworks inside of HubSpot β€’ Provide proactive client communication to increase clarity and client confidence β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to expand and fully document the tasks needed to deliver projects β€’ Lead meetings with clients to gather requirements, receive clarification, and update them on Project statuses β€’ Train client teams on business-specific processes and tools inside of HubSpot β€’ Write documentation for client sales, marketing, and customer success teams β€’ Build business-specific automation, CRM architecture, and settings schemes inside of HubSpot β€’ Maintain project and deliverable timelines, roadmaps, and sprint plans β€’ Evaluate client requirements to lead internal architecture discussions and identify additional information we need from the client to prepare CRM rollout and change management plans β€’ Convey the health of client relationships to other members of the Homebuilder Ops team and develop proactive recommendations for delighting clients β€’ Produce client-facing slides and diagrams documenting the clients’ existing processes as well as proposed CRM architecture, processes, and adoption plans Skills β€’ Extraordinary attention to detail, deadlines, and the client experience β€’ Seeks feedback and enjoys collaborating with others β€’ Has a minimum of 1 year working for a consultancy or marketing agency β€’ Has a minimum of 1 year in a developer role β€’ Has a minimum of 2 years as a HubSpot CRM administrator or ops role β€’ Has successfully completed multiple HubSpot CRM implementations β€’ Has demonstrable experience architecting HubSpot CRM data structures and automation solutions - including custom-coded workflows β€’ Has extensive experience with data models, private app integration, and APIs β€’ Ability to handle and prioritize multiple clients and fast-paced tasks at once β€’ Experience analyzing and solving business-specific problems with tangible results using HubSpot β€’ Stays updated on HubSpot features, changes, and growth strategies β€’ Can internalize our company's program structure, deliverables, timelines, and client communication practices β€’ Interest in learning HubSpot best practices and evangelizing them β€’ Understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem, customer base, and Inbound mindset β€’ Enjoys both autonomous work and team collaboration β€’ Works quickly without sacrificing quality and accuracy β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate with executives effectively Benefits β€’ 401(k) matching β€’ Dental insurance β€’ Health insurance β€’ Vision insurance Company Overview β€’ Homebuilder Ops is the leading HubSpot CRM and sales consulting partner for homebuilders.
