- Responsibilities
- Lead consultative, values-based conversations with individuals exploring growth and career transition
- Assess alignment and connect qualified individuals with established personal and leadership development programs
- Build and manage your own consulting pipeline using proven digital systems (training provided)
- Operate independently while engaging in ongoing skill and leadership development
- Skills
- 5+ years professional experience (leadership, consulting, business development, education or related fields)
- Comfortable with responsibility and performance-based outcomes
- Strong communicator who enjoys purposeful conversations
- Self-directed and ready to build an independent, performance-based consulting practice
- Personally invested in growth and long-term development
